DESCRIPTION

The Pods project is a cutting-edge, affordable housing project located in Billings. High Plains Architects and HomeFront are teaming up to provide 100 accessible housing units that support a variety of income types. And by affordable, we mean it. This building project is predicated on the purchase and creative reuse of pre-manufactured bed and bath units from the Bakken that will be transformed into energy-efficient pods. These pods will form a intra-neighborhood community that will take little resources to operate for both the Owner and Tenants. The site layout and features will reinforce a sustainable community that fits with other surrounding developments. This project is currently in the design development stage.
