Tiffani Finley has always been drawn to the role architecture has in shaping people's lives and the positive influence she can provide through design. Tiffani is a talented designer with a keen eye for detail that is energized by the values and culture of our office environment and her love of community (specifically the downtown Billings community). Tiffani was originally drawn to High Plains Architects’ purposeful commitment to inclusivity and sustainability, and she is now a key contributor to our design team, taking on a plethora of support roles to gain invaluable project experience.

Tiffani is actually a local as she grew up in Billings and she’s a second-generation designer for High Plains! Her uncle Ed has been with us since the beginning. Tiffani is a Montana State University graduate that previously interned with High Plains during her college years. Tiffani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Design and Master of Architecture from Montana State University.

Always willing to help, it is no surprise Tiffani has a sports background with a team-first mindset. She was a standout athlete (soccer and track) for Billings Senior before continuing her athletic journey as a pole vaulter for the Montana State University Track and Field team. Go Cats!

With architecture as her creative outlet, Tiffani has plans to get licensed by 2024 and has a strong interest in biophilic design and her role in connecting people with nature....and subsequently connecting nature with people. The impact of humans on nature and wildlife is one of Tiffani's primary focus areas and the ecology of design is a passion of hers. Another passion? Her collection of 70+ house plants.

Outside of the office, Tiffani can be found camping, boating, and hiking in Montana's great outdoors, always with a camera nearby. She has an impressive eye for landscape/lifestyle photography. She is also musically gifted and has been playing the piano since she was 5. She even made her own instrument in one of her elective shop classes in college.
