Clipboards

It seems like Randy has clipboards everywhere. He has a clipboard to track the rainwater level in our water tanks. He has a clipboard to record the composter maintenance. He has numerous clipboards to track how much energy we are generating and how much energy we are using. He has installed kWh meters on most of the large appliances and, therefore, has a clipboard for each appliance to log the energy usage on a monthly basis. However, every day he checks the electrical meter outside and writes down the meter reading on his clipboard in the garage. If it has been a sunny day, the meter reading will be less than the day before which makes Randy very happy. If it has been a cloudy day, the meter reading will usually be more than the day before which gives Randy some angst. Even worse is when it has been a snowy day and snow is covering the solar panels where no light is penetrating through to the panels. Randy is now contemplating a strategy for next winter where he can access the garage roof to clear that snow off the solar panels. I will be the designated “safety control officer” so that we don’t have any OSHA recordable accidents. Perhaps I need my own clipboard to track all the wacky ideas Randy has come up with because there have been some “doozies!”
